For the most precise body measurements, it’s essential to wear form-fitting clothing that allows the scanner to capture your body's natural shape. Your scan will be completed in a private space where no one can see you while you during the scan.
✔ Recommended Attire:
For Men: Compression shorts or fitted athletic shorts.
For Women: Sports bra and fitted leggings or shorts.
❌ Avoid Wearing:
Loose, baggy clothing
Thick or layered fabrics
Pro Tip: Dark-colored clothing with minimal patterns works best for scan accuracy.
Your scan is fast, non-invasive, and completely private. Here’s a step-by-step guide to your session:
1️⃣ Check-In: Arrive at your appointment a few minutes early to get ready.
2️⃣ Remove Shoes & Accessories: Ensure nothing interferes with the scan.
3️⃣ Step Onto the Platform: You’ll stand on the Styku turntable in a relaxed, natural posture.
4️⃣ The Scan Begins: The scanner will rotate around you, capturing a 360° model of your body in under 35 seconds.
5️⃣ Results & Analysis: Your scan will generate a detailed 3D visualization along with key body composition metrics, including:
Body fat percentage
Circumference measurements (waist, hips, arms, etc.)
Posture analysis
Progress tracking over time
Your coach or trainer will review the results with you and discuss your fitness and wellness goals based on the data.
