Service Description
1) Start off your initial 1-hour session with a Styku 3D Body Scan. Then we familiarize you with the Apex and the science behind it. 2) The second 45-min session focuses on practice and selecting the right workouts for you. 3) In the third session, we ensure you are comfortable using it on your own. *2nd and 3rd sessions will be scheduled with your trainer at the 1st one.
Class Policy
You cannot reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours in advance.
